You will own reporting, leverage AI tools, and coordinate materials for the Board and executives, while collaborating with Finance, GTM, and Business Technology to optimize processes.

Qualifications

6-8 years of total experience and a strong educational pedigree.
Previous experience in management consulting, data science, strategic finance, or M&A.
Understanding of financial and valuation metrics; ability to identify and track KPIs.

Responsibilities

Own standardized reporting, pipeline metrics, readouts for the M&A deals portfolio.
Leverage AI tools to streamline processes and create efficiency in AI-enabled workflows.
Support market, industry and company research and analyses.
Coordinate materials for the Board of Directors and executive leadership.
Develop enterprise tools for the M&A org, including reporting inbound/outbound conversations.
Support acquisition strategy and ideation on Deals when required.
