Job summary

Accenture Song seeks a Senior Manager to lead design and delivery of agentic commerce transformation programs for industrial clients. You will guide multidisciplinary teams across strategy, digital experience, content, platform integration, data, sales, and account teams.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in consulting, digital strategy, commercial strategy, or technology strategy in the Industrials industry.
Strong understanding of complex B2B buying journeys, industrial channels, dealer or distributor ecosystems, or aftermarket services.
Experience with AI-driven customer experiences, conversational interfaces, and data-driven ecosystems.
Knowledge of digital marketing, content strategy, product information management, commerce platforms, or API integrations.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and translating strategy into delivery plans with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead major workstreams mapping industrial buyers and procurement journeys across discovery to renewal.
Identify where agent mediation creates friction and redesign journeys and operating models around AI-enabled behavior.
Translate emerging agentic trends into use cases, GTM plays, and executable roadmaps.
Advise senior leaders on competing across direct, dealer, distributor, marketplace, and procurement ecosystems as AI mediates decisions.
Coach and develop multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex agentic commerce transformations.
