Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Manager in its Customer Technology – Commerce practice to lead the design, delivery, and scaling of Agentic Commerce workstreams. You will ensure AI capabilities are production-ready and integrated with enterprise commerce ecosystems across Salesforce, Adobe, SAP, and MACH stacks.

You will manage engineering pods across AI, backend, data, cloud, and DevOps, and drive enterprise-grade CI/CD, security, and governance frameworks while mentoring teams and engaging with senior

Qualifications

• 7+ years of delivering enterprise-scale commerce and digital platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce, Adobe Commerce, SAP Commerce, or MACH stacks.
• Experience building agentic AI capabilities in production systems.
• Strong API-led, microservices-based architectures.
• Experience integrating LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector stores, and contextual memory.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, delivery and scaling of Agentic Commerce workstreams.
• Ensure AI-driven capabilities are production-ready, secure, and integrated.
• Drive architecture patterns across composable commerce and platform-led implementations.
• Deliver CI/CD, cloud deployments, and Kubernetes scaling.
