Job summary

Accenture Song is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the design and delivery of agentic commerce transformation programs for industrial clients.

This role will help manufacturers, OEMs, distributors, and industrial services organizations adapt to a new model of customer engagement where AI-powered agents, conversational interfaces, and intelligent systems increasingly influence how products, parts, services, and solutions are discovered, evaluated, specified, and transacted.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, digital strategy, commercial strategy, or technology strategy in the Industrials industry.
• Experience leading digital transformation, customer experience, commercial strategy, sales effectiveness, product experience, or platform-related initiatives
• Strong understanding of complex B2B buying journeys, industrial channels, dealer or distributor ecosystems, and aftermarket services
• Experience with AI-driven customer experiences, conversational interfaces, emerging digital ecosystem trends, or machine-readable content and data structures
• Understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, product information management, commerce platforms, product experience optimization, or API-based integrations
• Experience collaborating with engineering, product, data, or platform leadership to prioritize AI-readiness initiatives on technical roadmaps
• Proven ability to lead complex programs, manage cross-functional teams, and influence senior client stakeholders
• Experience developing strategic roadmaps and translating them into actionable delivery plans and measurable business outcomes

Responsibilities

• Lead major workstreams that map how industrial buyers, fleet operators, dealers, and procurement teams navigate agent-influenced journeys across discovery, TCO comparison, specification evaluation, RFQ, purchase, service, and renewal
• Identify where agent mediation creates friction, risk, or competitive advantage, and redesign journeys, propositions, and operating models around the emerging behavior rather than defending legacy channels
• Translate emerging agentic commerce trends into industrial use cases, GTM plays, investment priorities, commercial value cases, and executable transformation roadmaps
• Advise senior client leaders on how to compete across direct , dealer, distributor, marketplace, and procurement ecosystems as buying decisions become increasingly AI-mediated
