Accenture Song seeks a Senior Manager to lead the design and delivery of agentic commerce transformation programs for industrial clients. Qualifications

10+ years of experience in consulting, digital strategy, commercial strategy or technology strategy in Industrials.
Experience leading digital transformation, customer experience, commercial strategy, sales effectiveness, product experience or platform initiatives.
Strong understanding of complex B2B buying journeys, industrial channels, dealer or distributor ecosystems, and aftermarket services.
Experience with AI-driven customer experiences, conversational interfaces, emerging digital ecosystem trends, or machine-readable content and data structures.
Understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, product information management, commerce platforms, product experience optimization, or API-based integrations.
Experience collaborating with engineering, product, data, or platform leadership to prioritize AI-readiness initiatives on technical roadmaps.
Proven ability to lead complex programs, manage cross-functional teams, and influence senior client stakeholders.
Experience developing strategic roadmaps and translating them into actionable delivery plans and measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead major workstreams mapping how industrial buyers navigate agent-influenced journeys across discovery, RFQ, purchase, service, and renewal.
Identify where agent mediation creates friction and redesign journeys and operating models around emerging behavior.
Translate AI-driven commerce trends into use cases, GTM plays, investments, and executable roadmaps.
Advise senior client leaders on competing across direct, dealer, distributor, marketplace, and procurement ecosystems as buying decisions become AI-mediated.
