• Data Analysis & Preparation: Analyze product, customer, and digital experience data to identify trends and insights.
• Digital Platform & Data Integration Support: Support documentation of data flows and integration points between platforms and digital applications.
• Agent Communication & Execution Readiness: Define standards for Agent Communication Protocols (ACP) and API readiness; partner with engineering to expose endpoints that support AI agent interaction; ensure feeds support real-time decisioning (inventory, pricing, shipping logic).
• Retrieval & Indexation Optimization: Optimize structured data for RAG environments; collaborate with GEO and content teams to align semantic and markup layers; reduce friction between presentation and structured layers.
