Job summary

Accenture Song seeks a Senior Manager to lead strategy and delivery of agentic commerce transformation programs for industrial clients. You will guide cross-functional teams across strategy, digital experience, content, platform integration, and data to modernize how industrial buying journeys unfold in AI-driven ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, digital strategy, commercial strategy, or technology strategy in the Industrials industry.
• Experience leading digital transformation, customer experience, commercial strategy, sales effectiveness, product experience, or platform-related initiatives.
• Strong understanding of complex B2B buying journeys, industrial channels, dealer or distributor ecosystems, and aftermarket services.
• Experience with AI-driven customer experiences, conversational interfaces, emerging digital ecosystem trends, or machine-readable content and data structures.
• Understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, product information management, commerce platforms, product experience optimization, or API-based integrations.
• Proven ability to lead complex programs, manage cross-functional teams, and influence senior client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead major workstreams that map how industrial buyers, fleet operators, dealers, and procurement teams navigate agent-influenced journeys across discovery, TCO comparison, specification evaluation, RFQ, purchase, service, and renewal.
• Identify where agent mediation creates friction, risk, or competitive advantage, and redesign journeys, propositions, and operating models around the emerging behavior rather than defending legacy channels.
• Translate emerging agentic commerce trends into industrial use cases, GTM plays, investment priorities, commercial value cases, and executable transformation roadmaps.
• Advise senior client leaders on how to compete across direct, dealer, distributor, marketplace, and procurement ecosystems as buying decisions become increasingly AI-mediated.
