Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP is seeking an Agentic AI Senior Manager to lead a high-impact team in a hybrid work model, averaging two days per week in-office. You will drive planning, technical direction, and governance across AI-focused initiatives.

The role demands 12+ years of experience with 5+ years of people management, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of AI/ML, SDLC, CI/CD, and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience including 5+ years of people management.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, AI/ML or related.
• Advanced degree (Master’s) preferred; leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and software development lifecycle.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and project tracking tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Knowledge of routing/switching products; UNIX scripting (Perl/Expect) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team and manage workload and performance.
• Translate business objectives into technical goals and milestones; own timelines and risk.
• Provide technical oversight on design, security, and deployment practices.
• Communicate with executives and cross-functional teams; manage expectations.
• Implement Agile/Scrum processes and governance; ensure quality and compliance.
• Forecast resources and budgets for infrastructure and teams; optimize costs.
• Drive innovation, automation, and AI-driven improvements.
