Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks an experienced engineering leader to advance AI-driven operations for private cloud and engineered systems. You will drive proactive support, build resilient integrations, and automate critical workflows across applications, APIs, and factory environments.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform incident response, improve reliability, and scale automation with AI tooling and modern DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering, sustaining engineering, integration engineering, SRE, production engineering, or a related role.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigation and resolution of complex production issues across applications, APIs, cloud services, integrations, data pipelines, and factory systems.
• Perform root-cause analysis and drive permanent fixes that improve reliability at scale.
• Design, build, and support integrations between factory environments, cloud platforms, internal systems, and third‑party applications.
• Develop automation that reduces manual effort across onboarding, diagnostics, deployments, monitoring, and support.
• Leverage AI and LLM technologies to improve troubleshooting, incident response, knowledge management, and operational efficiency.
• Partner across Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Product, and Customer Success to solve high-impact business problems.
