Job summary

You will lead integrations between factory environments and cloud platforms, develop automation, and apply AI/LLM techniques to improve reliability and proactive support. Strong collaboration across teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering, sustaining engineering, integration engineering, SRE, production engineering, or related roles.
• Strong troubleshooting across cloud platforms, APIs, integrations, and production environments.
• Experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, Java, or similar languages.
• Experience with databases, monitoring, logging, networking, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigation and resolution of complex production issues across applications, APIs, cloud services, integrations, data pipelines, and factory systems.
• Perform root-cause analysis and drive permanent fixes to improve reliability at scale.
• Design, build, and support integrations between factory environments, cloud platforms, internal systems, and third-party apps.
• Develop automation to reduce manual effort across onboarding, diagnostics, deployments, monitoring, and support.
• Leverage AI and LLM technologies to improve troubleshooting, incident response, knowledge management, and operational efficiency.
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Product, and Customer Success to solve high-impact business problems.
