Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering or related roles, with a focus on integration
• Strong troubleshooting across cloud platforms, distributed systems, APIs, and production environments
• Experience with databases, monitoring, logging, networking, and automation
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, or Java and modern DevOps practices

Responsibilities

• Lead investigation and resolution of complex production issues across applications, APIs, cloud services, integrations, data pipelines, and factory systems.
• Perform root-cause analysis and drive permanent fixes that improve reliability at scale.
• Design, build, and support integrations between factory environments, cloud platforms, internal systems, and third-party applications.
• Develop automation that reduces manual effort across onboarding, diagnostics, deployments, monitoring, and support.
• Leverage AI and LLM technologies to improve troubleshooting, incident response, knowledge management, and operational efficiency.
• Partner across Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Product, and Customer Success to solve high-impact business problems.
