Job summary

Pinterest is seeking a Senior Manager, Ads Product Marketing - Ads Automation to lead a core area of our ads delivery and automation strategy. You will translate complex ads concepts into clear go-to-market plans and align multi-functional teams to drive adoption and performance.

You will oversee a team of PMMs, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing Science, and Business Development to shape roadmaps and measure success across launches.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in advertising, ad tech, product marketing, measurement, delivery, or related field.
• Deep expertise in digital ads delivery and automation ecosystems (bidding, optimization, delivery, automation).
• Experience leading go-to-market strategy for complex products with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience using customer insights, market analysis, and performance data to shape strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead product marketing strategy and execution for a core area of Pinterest’s automation portfolio.
• Manage and develop a team of PMMs for complex automation initiatives.
• Shape recommendations using advertiser needs, market trends, and feedback to influence roadmaps.
• Drive positioning, messaging, GTM planning, and launch execution for automation products.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing Science, and Biz Dev to align priorities and success metrics.
• Help advertisers maximize performance through adoption of automated solutions.
• Define and track success metrics for launches and ongoing adoption.
