Pinterest is seeking a Senior Manager, Ads Product Marketing - Ads Automation to lead a key area of our ads delivery and automation strategy. You will shape how automation solutions are brought to market, helping advertisers understand performance and drive business outcomes.

You'll lead a cross-functional team, partner with Product, Engineering, Sales and Marketing Science to influence roadmaps and launches, and translate complex concepts into clear narratives for stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in advertising, ad tech, product marketing, measurement, delivery, or a closely related field.
• Deep expertise in digital ads delivery and automation, including bidding, optimization, delivery, or related solutions.
• Experience leading go-to-market strategy for complex products or solutions with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience using customer insight, market analysis, and performance data to shape strategy and influence product direction.
• Strong people management experience, with a track record of coaching and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive alignment across Product, Sales, and other partner teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for different audiences.
• High judgment, strong prioritization skills, and comfort operating in ambiguity.
• Experience using AI and analytical tools to accelerate research, synthesis, and execution, with strong judgment around accuracy, quality, and ownership of final outputs.

Aufgaben

• Lead product marketing strategy and execution for a core area of Pinterest’s automation portfolio
• Manage and develop a team of PMMs responsible for complex, cross-functional automation and delivery initiatives
• Use advertiser needs, market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights to shape recommendations and influence partner roadmaps
• Drive positioning, messaging, go-to-market planning, and launch execution for automation and delivery products and capabilities
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing Science, and Business Development to align on priorities, readiness, and success metrics
• Help advertisers maximize performance through adoption of our suite of automated solutions
• Define and track success metrics for launches and ongoing adoption, using data and feedback to refine strategy over time
• Build the processes, forums, and cross-functional operating rhythms needed to keep high-priority initiatives moving effectively
• Translate complex ads delivery and optimization concepts into clear narratives for internal stakeholders, sales teams, and advertisers
