Job summary

Pinterest is seeking a Senior Manager, Ads Product Marketing - Ads Automation to lead a core area of our ads delivery and automation strategy. You will shape how automation solutions are brought to market, helping advertisers improve performance and value Pinterest media.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing Science, and Business Development to influence roadmaps, launches, and adoption of automated solutions that help advertisers reach their performance goals on

Qualifications

Significant experience in advertising or ad tech.
Deep expertise in digital ads delivery and automation.
Experience leading go-to-market for complex products.
Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience using AI and analytics to accelerate research and execution.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Lead product marketing strategy and execution for a core area of Pinterest's automation portfolio
Manage and develop a team of PMMs responsible for cross-functional automation initiatives
Use advertiser needs, market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights to shape roadmaps
Drive positioning, messaging, go-to-market planning, and launch execution for automation products
Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing Science, and Business Development to align on priorities
Help advertisers maximize performance through adoption of automated solutions
Define and track success metrics for launches and ongoing adoption
Build forums and rhythms to keep high-priority initiatives moving
Translate complex ads delivery concepts into clear narratives for stakeholders
