Job summary

Pinterest seeks a Senior Manager, Ads Product Marketing - Ads Automation to lead a core area of our automation strategy. You will shape go-to-market for automation solutions, translate advertiser needs into actionable plans, and lead a team of PMMs across product marketing, with close collaboration with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing Science.

You will drive innovation in bidding, targeting, and creative, and partner with multiple teams to align roadmaps, readiness, and success

Qualifications

• Significant experience in advertising, ad tech, product marketing, measurement, delivery, or related field.
• Deep expertise in digital ads delivery and automation and performance ecosystems (bidding, optimization, delivery).
• Experience leading go-to-market strategy for complex products with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to use customer insight, market analysis, and performance data to shape strategy.
• Strong people management with a track record of coaching high-performing teams.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to simplify complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead product marketing strategy and execution for a core area of Pinterest's automation portfolio.
• Manage and develop a team of PMMs for automation and delivery initiatives.
• Use advertiser needs, market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights to shape recommendations and roadmaps.
• Drive positioning, messaging, go-to-market planning, and launch execution for automation products and capabilities.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing Science, and Business Development to align on priorities and success metrics.
• Help advertisers maximize performance through adoption of our automated solutions.
• Define and track launch success metrics and ongoing adoption, refining strategy over time.
• Build cross-functional operating rhythms to keep high-priority initiatives moving.
