Responsibilities

• Lead product marketing strategy and execution for a core area of Pinterest's automation portfolio
• Manage and develop a team of PMMs responsible for complex, cross-functional automation initiatives
• Use advertiser needs, market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights to shape recommendations
• Drive positioning, messaging, go-to-market planning, and launch execution for automation products
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing Science, and Business Development to align on priorities
• Help advertisers maximize performance through adoption of automated solutions
• Define and track success metrics for launches and ongoing adoption
• Build cross-functional operating rhythms to keep high-priority initiatives moving
• Translate complex ads delivery concepts into clear narratives for stakeholders
