Job summary

Pinterest is seeking a Senior Manager, Ads Product Marketing - Ads Automation to lead a core area of our automation portfolio. You will translate advertiser needs into clear strategy, positioning, and go-to-market plans.

You'll manage a team of PMMs across cross-functional partners, shape roadmaps, and drive adoption of automation solutions that improve performance for advertisers on Pinterest. This role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and the ability to communicate

Responsibilities

• Lead product marketing strategy and execution for a core area of Pinterest's automation portfolio.
• Manage and develop a team of PMMs responsible for cross-functional automation initiatives.
• Shape recommendations using advertiser needs, market trends, and competitive insights.
• Drive positioning, messaging, and go-to-market planning for automation products.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing Science, and Business Development.
• Help advertisers maximize performance through automated solutions adoption.
• Define and track success metrics for launches and ongoing adoption.
• Create processes and rhythms to keep priority initiatives moving.
• Translate complex ads delivery concepts into clear narratives for stakeholders.
