Job summary

Oscar Health is seeking a senior pricing leader to own pricing for ACA markets and to lead a team of analysts. You will partner with Market P&L and Insurance Product to shape regional pricing strategy and drive end-to-end rate development.

In this role you will mentor analysts, refine pricing models, and ensure analytic rigor across pricing initiatives. The position reports to the Director, Actuarial and focuses on scalable pricing outcomes.

Qualifications

• SOA certification is required.
• 7+ years of quantitative analysis experience in insurance/pricing.
• Experience pricing ACA markets and collaborating with Market P&L and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead team initiatives to enhance pricing models and methodologies.
• Oversee end-to-end rate development within a specific region.
• Mentor and coach pricing analysts with regular feedback and performance reviews.
