Job summary

Oscar Health is seeking a senior actuarial leader to guide pricing strategies across multiple states and shape financial risk management. You will mentor actuaries, own pricing methodologies, and partner with finance, product, and P&L teams to align actuarial insights with business goals.

The role requires a STEM degree with 10+ years of actuarial experience and SOA fellowship or active progression toward it, reflecting high-level leadership in a regulated health insurance context.
