Qualifications

• CPA required with 8+ years of progressive accounting experience; public accounting experience preferred.
• Strong technical accounting foundation across General Ledger, financial reporting, and US GAAP.
• Experience leading complex monthly, quarterly, and annual closes in high-growth environments.
• Proven ability to develop high-performing accounting teams and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across General Ledger, financial reporting, and technical accounting.
• Lead the annual financial statement audit and quarterly reviews with external auditors.
• Own monthly/quarterly/annual close processes and reporting in Workiva.
• Oversee stock-based compensation and equity administration accounting.
• Drive automation and AI-enabled tooling to improve accounting workflows.
• Partner with FP&A, Legal, People Operations, Procurement, and Engineering on strategic initiatives.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing accounting team; ensure strong internal controls and auditability.
