Job summary

ThinkTek LLC is seeking an experienced Journeyman Management Analyst to support a high-performance DoW team delivering executive-level support, strategic communications, and decision-ready documentation. This role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, and expertise in dashboarding and task management through Power BI and SharePoint for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years providing strategic communications or executive support within government or DoW-like environments.
• Familiarity with DoW Acquisition Frameworks, FAR, and DFARS regulations.
• Experience translating complex technical concepts into decision-ready docs.
• Experience maintaining briefing repositories within government IT systems.
• Proven ability coordinating across SMEs and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain task dashboards, repositories, templates, and version baselines.
• Maintain visibility of tasks and requirements through regular coordination with leadership.
• Identify at-risk items and escalate per established pathways.
• Provide concise leadership views of open, pending, urgent, and overdue requirements.
• Structure and archive briefing materials with metadata and naming conventions.
• Upload all briefings to the designated repository with complete production records.
• Maintain senior leader briefing materials and program updates in the repository map.
• Archive finalized products after approval.
• Maintain Senior Leader Playbook with talking points and scripts for engagements.
• Support development of executive information papers and strategic communications.
• Coordinate targeted interviews with program and SME teams.
• Draft VIP read-aheads, point papers, and executive decks ahead of engagements.
