Job summary

ThinkTek LLC is seeking an experienced Journeyman Management Analyst to support a high-performance Department of War team. You will synthesize complex technical and acquisition data into decision-ready documentation and provide executive-level support, with strong focus on dashboarding via Power BI and SharePoint.

Applicants should have 5+ years of DoW communications experience, ability to coordinate across SMEs and senior leaders, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting senior leadership and DoW communications.
• Experience synthesizing technical and acquisition data into decision-ready docs.
• Experience maintaining briefing repositories and version control.
• Proficiency with PowerBI, SharePoint, and MS Office for executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Inventory and map task dashboards, repositories, and open taskers.
• Maintain visibility across tasks through coordination with senior leaders.
• Identify at-risk items and route escalation when needed.
• Provide concise leadership views of open, urgent, and overdue requirements.
• Establish structure and metadata rules for briefing repository.
• Upload briefings and working products with version control.
• Maintain senior leader briefing materials and repository taxonomy.
• Archive finalized products after approval.
• Maintain Senior Leader Playbook with talking points and scripts.
• Support development of executive information papers and strategic docs.
• Coordinate targeted interviews with SMEs across programs.
• Draft VIP read-aheads and executive decks for engagements.
