Job summary

ThinkTek LLC, a fast-growing government services firm, seeks a Business Analyst to support a DoW-focused team delivering strategic communications and executive-level support. You will draft, coordinate, and store materials, track multiple deliverables, and ensure technical accuracy for leadership engagements.

This role requires strong written and verbal communication, detail orientation, and the ability to provide actionable insights to program leadership. Active security clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years supporting strategic communications or executive leader support within government programs.
• Experience developing, maintaining, and sustaining briefing repositories within government systems.
• Ability to track multiple deadlines and mitigate risks to ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support development of validated artifact inventory, repository map, access list, and baseline.
• Maintain task dashboard with current status, owners, dates, dependencies, and sources.
• Draft strategic communications materials for senior leader engagements.
