Job summary

ThinkTek LLC, based in the United States, seeks an experienced Journeyman Management Analyst to support a high‑level Department of War team. The role emphasizes synthesizing complex acquisition data into decision‑ready documentation and delivering actionable insights to program leadership.

You will build and maintain executive dashboards in Power BI and manage briefing repositories in SharePoint, ensuring version control and timely delivery of materials for senior leadership reviews.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering strategic communications support for senior leaders
• Familiarity with DoW Acquisition Frameworks, FAR, and DFARS
• Experience synthesizing complex technical and acquisition jargon into consumable, decision-support documentation
• Experience developing and sustaining briefing repositories within DoW systems
• Experience facilitating cross-functional coordination across SMEs and Government Senior Leaders
• Proficiency with Power BI, SharePoint, and MS Office to develop executive reporting dashboards
• Ability to establish, maintain, and sustain briefing repositories on Government IT systems with version control
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings to senior leadership

Responsibilities

• Inventory existing task dashboards, repositories, templates, current products, source systems, and open taskers to develop validated artifact inventory
• Maintain updated visibility across all taskings and requirements through regular coordination with the team and Agency senior leaders
• Identify at-risk suspenses and route priority or conflict decisions based on escalation pathways
• Provide concise leadership views of open, pending, urgent, and overdue requirements
• Assess structure, permissions, naming, metadata, and archival rules for briefing repository communications materials
• Upload all briefings and working products to designated repository with complete production records and version control
• Maintain repository of senior leader briefing materials through approved taxonomy and naming conventions
• Archive finalized and approved products upon approval
• Maintain Senior Leader Playbook of talking points and scripts with regular updates
• Support development of executive information papers and strategic communications for senior leaders
• Coordinate targeted interviews with SMEs across program, engineering, acquisition, logistics, and analytics
• Draft VIP read-aheads, point papers, and executive decks ahead of senior leader engagements
