Qualifications

• Master’s degree with three years of related development experience or a bachelor’s degree with five years.
• Experience in securing major gifts of $100,000+ from individual prospects.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward major gift prospects.
• Build a portfolio of $100,000+ donors and manage relationships through visits to close gifts.
• Develop tailored fundraising strategies aligned with university priorities.
• Create and present gift proposals and concept papers to donors.
• Plan high-level engagement experiences, campus visits, and donor briefings.
• Deliver personalized donor stewardship and recognize gifts through events and reporting.
