Qualifications

• Masters degree with 3+ years in development or related field, or Bachelors with 5+ years.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of major gift prospects ($100k+).
• Develop cultivation and solicitation strategies with campus leadership.
• Coordinate alumni engagement programs and events across UF.
• Oversee donor recognition, stewardship, and reporting.
• Record donor activity in Advance/CRM and track pipeline.
• Analyze giving trends for leadership reporting.
