Job summary

• Master's degree or bachelor's with substantial development experience.
• Minimum three years in development or related field for Director level; more for Senior Director.
• Experience in major gift fundraising and donor relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward major gift prospects $100,000+.
• Lead a portfolio of prospects and guide CLAS fundraising strategies.
• Develop and execute plans to meet unit fundraising goals and priorities.
• Collaborate with deans, faculty, and development staff to raise support.
