Grafana is hiring a Regional Sales Director, Acquisition to lead a team of Commercial Account Executives and drive revenue growth across a defined region. You will mentor reps, develop a robust sales pipeline, and collaborate with Marketing, Solutions Engineers, and R&D to articulate Grafana's value.

You will forge relationships with C-level executives, navigate multi-month sales cycles, and guide strategic deals.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of leading successful sales teams.
• Experience with ROI and cost modeling to educate buyers.
• Track record in shaping seven-figure deals.
• Ability to build relationships with C-Level executives.
• Navigate complex 2-6 month sales cycles.
• Commitment to integrity and professionalism.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization and time management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills (in-person or virtual).
• MEDDPICC methodology expertise.
• Background in technical applications; OSS familiarity is a plus.
