Job summary

Bozzuto is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead troubleshooting and maintenance of building systems at our Maryland properties. You will ensure the daily operation of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, irrigation and security systems while delivering exceptional service to residents and teams.

The role calls for 2–5 years of relevant experience, HVAC/EPA credentials preferred, strong communication, and a willingness to work weekends/evenings.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician.
• HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and/or Appliance Repair expertise.
• EPA Certification strongly preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50–100 pounds and respond to after-hours emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead role in troubleshooting and adjusting control systems.
• Maintain the physical asset with advanced maintenance knowledge.
• Respond quickly to deficiencies found in preventative maintenance inspections.
• Work with Maintenance Technicians to complete Preventative Maintenance Program.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Respond to maintenance requests within 24 hours.
• Ensure safety codes and fair housing laws and company policies are followed.
• Work weekends or evenings and be on call for emergencies.
