Job summary

Bozzuto is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and maintain essential building systems across residential communities. The role requires experience with HVAC, electrical and plumbing tasks, strong communication, and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities include responding to maintenance requests within 24 hours, partnering with the team on preventive maintenance, and ensuring safety and code compliance. Weekend/evening shifts and on-call duties are involved.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in residential property management.
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing and/or appliance repair expertise is required or strongly preferred.
• EPA Certification is preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50–100 pounds and work nights/weekends on a rotation.

Responsibilities

• Lead troubleshooting and adjustments of control systems to keep mechanical, electrical, plumbing, irrigation and security systems functioning.
• Maintain property assets per management directions with advanced maintenance tasks.
• Respond quickly to deficiencies identified in preventive maintenance inspections.
• Coordinate with team to complete the community Preventative Maintenance Program.
• Provide excellent customer service and timely follow-up with residents and vendors.
