Job summary

Bozzuto is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician in Ashburn, VA. You will lead troubleshooting and adjustments to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, irrigation, and security systems, maintaining property assets with advanced skills and promptly addressing maintenance deficiencies.

Responsibilities include coordinating with team members on preventative maintenance, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring safety and compliance with codes.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience as a Maintenance Technician in residential property management.
• HVAC, EPA Certification strongly preferred.
• HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and/or Appliance Repair expertise.
• Ability to lift 50 to 100 pounds occasionally, and 25 to 50 pounds frequently.
• Personal reliable transportation and willingness to respond to after-hours emergencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable with computers and software.

Responsibilities

• Lead troubleshooting and adjustments to control systems; ensure daily functioning of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, irrigation and security systems.
• Maintain property assets with advanced skills and knowledge.
• Respond promptly to deficiencies from preventative maintenance inspections.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Technicians on Preventative Maintenance Program.
• Provide excellent customer service and timely follow-up with residents and vendors.
