Job summary

Bozzuto is hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead troubleshooting and repairs across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, irrigation and security systems. The role focuses on maintaining property assets, meeting preventative maintenance schedules, and delivering excellent resident service.

Ideal candidates have 2-5 years in maintenance with HVAC/EPA certification preferred; lifting and after-hours availability are required. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years’ experience as a Maintenance Technician
• HVAC/EPA certification strongly preferred
• Ability to lift 50-100 pounds occasionally and 25-50 pounds frequently

Responsibilities

• Take the lead role in troubleshooting, adjust control systems and ensure daily functioning of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, irrigation and security systems
• Maintain the physical asset of the property with advanced maintenance skills
• Respond quickly to deficiencies found in preventative maintenance inspections
• Work with Maintenance Technicians to complete the Preventative Maintenance Program
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Respond to maintenance requests within 24 hours
• Follow up with residents, vendors and property management on services
• Adhere to building codes, safety standards and fair housing laws
• Be available for weekends or evenings and on-call after hours
