Responsibilities

• Show care and excellence in service ticket resolution and preventative maintenance.
• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in through turnover repairs and improvements.
• Preserve building safety and beauty through general upkeep, snow removal and grounds maintenance.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
• On-call rotation and availability for after-hours emergencies.
