Job summary

Bozzuto in Baltimore, MD is seeking aMaintenance Technician to support our apartments through proactive upkeep and responsive service. You will address HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance issues, prepare units for move-in and ensure the building remains clean, safe and welcoming.

Qualifications

Experience in building maintenance or education in the trades.
HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair skills (beginner–intermediate).
Availability for on-call emergencies and after-hours.
Reliable transportation and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

Showing care and concern for our residents through service ticket resolution and preventative maintenance.
Resolving maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
Preparing vacant apartments for move-in through turnover repairs and improvements.
Preserving the building and safety through upkeep, snow removal and grounds maintenance.
Providing residents with outstanding customer service.
Working weekends or evenings and being on call for after hour emergencies.
