Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is seeking a Sr. Mechatronics and Robotics Maintenance Technician to lead a shift, mentor others, and optimize MHE systems such as conveyors, sortation, scanners, cameras, and SCADA-based programs.

The role focuses on preventive maintenance, reliability, and safety within a major client facility. You will manage maintenance tasks, develop training plans, and ensure high equipment availability.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with automated conveyors and controls.
• Experience with MHE safety standards per OEM and safety standards.
• Reading blueprints and schematics.
• Experience with PLC programs.
• Ability to conduct preventative maintenance.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and improve functionality of MHE and robotic systems.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
• Install, troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, sensors and actuators.
• Lead and mentor work plans for emergency repairs and training.
• Create and close out work orders in CMMS.
• Foster positive relationships with client and operations teams.
• Promote safety by following procedures.
