Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to maintain and improve the appearance of our property and support a high standard of resident services. This full-time day-shift role offers a wage of $28-$35 per hour, based on experience, plus a robust benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401k with company match, and more.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 3 years of maintenance experience.
• Boilers License, Pool Operator’s License, and EPA Certification preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Willingness to attend/pass company-paid certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assess, troubleshoot, and repair appliances, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Coordinate projects and service requests with supervisor and team.
• Train, supervise and mentor junior maintenance staff.
• Ensure apartments meet company standards and laws; perform follow-up.
