Goodman Real Estate in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Maintenance Technician who troubleshoots and repairs electrical, plumbing, and appliances, and prepares apartments for occupancy. The role includes maintaining pools and HVAC systems as needed, basic carpentry, interior/exterior painting, and delivering excellent tenant service.

You will handle work orders, keep tools organized, and ensure safety compliance while supporting the community’s upkeep and resident experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in apartment maintenance or related field preferred.
• Good verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing apartments for occupancy.
• Respond to service requests as needed.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on electrical and plumbing systems and appliances.
• Maintain pools and HVAC systems as applicable.
• Light carpentry and interior/exterior painting.
• Provide excellent tenant service and report repairs as required.
• Manage tools and supplies inventory and handle work orders.
