Goodman Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support resident upkeep, respond to service requests, and perform repairs across apartments and common areas. The role involves troubleshooting electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues, plus painting and light carpentry, while delivering friendly, professional service to tenants.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, basic maintenance tools knowledge, and the ability to lift up to 80 pounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma.
• Experience in apartment maintenance or related field preferred.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of apartments for occupancy.
• Respond to service requests as needed.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on electrical and plumbing systems, and appliances in emergencies.
• Maintain pools and HVAC systems as applicable.
• Do carpentry and painting as required.
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants, vendors and coworkers.
