Job summary

Goldmark Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician 3 to join our premier team. You will resolve repairs across properties, deliver reliable service and ensure safety and quality in every task.

Starting wage is $23 per hour, with potential to earn up to $5.21 more per hour through incentives; tools, uniform, vehicle allowance, and rent discounts are included as part of the package. You will work with residents and fellow staff to maintain and improve living spaces.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in property management or facilities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to train and mentor others.
• Excellent customer service with residents.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned service requests related to repairs and upkeep of properties.
• Plumbing capabilities including boiler, p-traps, garbage disposal, CPO license, soldering, and diagnostics.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with residents by addressing requests and coordinating with the manager.
• Advanced mechanical knowledge including pump, heating & cooling, thermostat, zone valve R&R.
• Change faceplates, outlets, GFIs up to 220v, breakers, testers and meters.
• Prepare open apartments for rental within 24 to 72 hours.
• Complete and document daily building inspections with proactive maintenance.
• On-call evenings, holidays, and weekends on a rotational basis.
