Qualifications

• Experience in apartment maintenance or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare apartments for occupancy and respond to service requests.
• Perform maintenance on electrical, plumbing, and appliances as needed.
• Maintain pools and HVAC systems; assist with painting and carpentry.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and vendors.
• Manage work orders and inventory; follow safety procedures.
