You will handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and carpentry tasks while adhering to safety procedures and company guidelines. Strong communication and reliability are key in delivering excellent tenant experiences.

Qualifications

• Must have good verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds.
• Working knowledge of basic maintenance tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare apartments for occupancy.
• Respond to service requests as needed.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, and appliances during emergencies.
• Maintain pools and HVAC systems as needed.
• Carry out modest carpentry and painting tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants and vendors.
• Maintain inventory of tools and supplies.
• Report repairs to supervisor.
• Handle work orders and track via software.
• Be familiar with power, water, gas shutoffs and life-safety systems.
