Greystar Park at Armand Bayou in Houston, TX requires a Sr. Maintenance Technician to uphold building and grounds standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

The role handles work orders, preventative maintenance, make-ready processes, inventory control, and vendor coordination while ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to safety policies. EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license are required, with onsite duties and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant recovery certification required.
• Valid driver’s license required to operate golf cart on property.
• State and Local jurisdiction certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventive maintenance per policies, procedures, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Prepares vacant apartments for leasing through pre-move-out inspections and punch lists; schedules vendors and checks supplies.
• Tracks inventory, procures materials, and notifies maintenance supervisor about re-ordering needs.
• Documents service requests timely and accurately to enable proper tracking.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities by cleaning, painting, and basic repairs as needed.
• Supports cost-control by repairing parts when possible and using materials efficiently.
