Job summary

Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the physical aspects of our Houston properties, ensuring safety, cleanliness and proper function of buildings and amenities. Essential duties include handling work orders, preventative maintenance, make-ready tasks for vacant units, inventory management, and documenting work to track service requests.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certifications required (Type 1 and II or Universal).
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and performs preventative maintenance.
• Completes the 'make-ready' process for vacant apartments, including pre-move inspections and scheduling vendors.
• Follows procedures to obtain materials and tracks inventory, notifying supervisor for re-orders.
• Completes documentation and paperwork to document and track service requests.
• Assists in grounds and common area upkeep, cleaning, painting curbs and signage as needed.
• Supports cost-saving by proper use of parts and tools and avoids waste.

Education
