Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling are required for applicable technicians.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property where applicable.
• State and local certification requirements must be met.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Prepares vacant apartments for leasing and move-ins, including punch lists and scheduling.
• Tracks inventory, manages materials, and notifies supervisor for reordering.
• Documents work in a timely, accurate manner for service-tracking.
• Maintains grounds and amenities through cleaning, painting, and basic repairs.
• Supports cost-control by repairing parts rather than replacing when feasible.
