Qualifications

• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant Certification required.
• Valid driver's license to operate golf cart on property where applicable.
• State and local certification requirements must be met.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs per policy and code requirements.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate with vendors.
• Maintain inventory and requisition parts; document work orders and inspections.
