Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet safety and quality standards. The role includes handling work orders, preventative maintenance, make-ready tasks, inventory management, and on-site safety compliance.

The position requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver’s license, and compliance with state/local certifications.

Formación

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• All certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.

Responsabilidades

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and making repairs per safety standards and code requirements.
• Completes make-ready process to prepare vacant homes for leasing, including pre-move-out inspection, punch list, scheduling vendors, and inspections.
• Follows procedures to access materials and track inventory, returns unused items, and notifies supervisor for re-ordering needs.
• Documents service requests accurately and promptly for proper tracking.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities by cleaning, pressure-washing, painting curbs, and debris removal as needed.
• Supports cost-control by repairing instead of replacing parts when feasible and using tools and materials efficiently.
