Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician to ensure equipment uptime and lead maintenance activities across high‑speed bottle manufacturing lines. You will troubleshoot complex equipment, train operators, and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.

The role focuses on hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical systems and support for molding, filling, labeling, and packaging equipment. Strong leadership and communication are essential for plant-wide success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree is preferred.
• Experience reading electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
• Ability to lead and train others; strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety and GMP standards plant-wide.
• Train and lead Operators, Mechanics and Supervisors on technical procedures.
• Lead projects involving continuous improvement and equipment upgrades.
• Identify root causes to minimize downtime and repeat issues.
• Develop and share best practices for maintenance across the plant.
