Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician to ensure equipment uptime through expert troubleshooting and repair across bottle manufacturing lines.

The role involves leading maintenance knowledge transfer, implementing best practices, and coordinating with plant leadership on continuous improvement projects. The successful candidate will train teams, develop SOPs, and drive reliability initiatives in areas such as blow molding, filling, labeling, and packaging.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 6 Years - Experience in a maintenance manufacturing environment.
• Minimum Qualifications: 6 Years - Experience in Position.
• Minimum Qualifications: 4 Years - Experience managing people/projects.
• 4 years of experience in one of the following fields: blow molding, injection molding, packaging, or beverage.
• 10+ Years - Experience in a maintenance manufacturing environment (preferred).
• Experience with reading schematics: electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic.
• Experience with machine tools and equipment repair.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to and enforce highest standards in safety and good manufacturing practices plant-wide.
• Train and lead Operators, Mechanics and Supervisors on technical procedures related to high-speed bottle manufacturing and packaging.
• Develop and execute projects involving continuous improvement, upgrades, and the resolution of recurring problems.
• Rapid identification of machine problems to minimize downtime with root cause analysis conducted to prevent re-occurrence.
• Transfer knowledge to Niagara team members to develop operating and troubleshooting procedures in bottling production areas.
