Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician to ensure equipment uptime through thorough troubleshooting and repair of production lines including injection molders, blow molders, fillers, labelers, and conveyors.

You will collaborate with operators, supervisors, and other maintenance staff to resolve issues on shift. The role requires reading schematics and performing preventive maintenance while adhering to safety rules.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in maintenance field.
• Experience managing people or projects.
• Ability to read electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic schematics.
• Proficient with shop tools and precision measuring devices.
• Effective cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using schematics.
• Repair equipment, fixtures, conveyors, and related systems.
• Modify, lubricate, diagnose, and operate equipment per Niagara processes.
• Maintain industrial control systems.
• Work independently and with team to complete repairs safely and timely.
• May fill in for production operator as needed.
• Create and report repairs; document parts and usage.
• Follow plant safety rules and wear PPE as required.
• Maintain regular attendance.
