Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician to maintain high uptime of production equipment, including molders, fillers, labelers, conveyors, and related plant systems.

You will troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems across the line, while coordinating with operators and supervisors to resolve issues quickly and safely. Qualifications

• 4+ years in field or similar maintenance environment.
• 4+ years in the position.
• 4+ years of experience managing people/projects.
• Communication skills across departments; able to read schematics (electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic).
• Basic experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using schematics, drawings, and testing equipment.
• Repair equipment, fixtures, systems, conveyors, and other facility equipment.
• Modify, lubricate, diagnose, and operate equipment per Niagara’s processes.
• Maintain industrial control systems.
• Work independently and with others to complete repairs safely and timely.
• Create and report repairs, document parts and material usage.
• Follow plant safety rules and use PPE as required.
